COMMISSION PROCESS

Please read all of the following carefully. By commissioning me, you agree to my terms, policies, processes, and limitations.

*By default, my provided decorations are rhinestones. If you'd like these, you can specify the colors you want. Additional decorations are definitely possible, just keep in mind they have to be small enough to fit on the cap (roughly 4.7 cm diameter). I would recommend resin charms, since they can either hang off the side of the potion dice roller, or be easily adhered to the cap. Beads are good too. I use a glue gun for attaching decorations to the cap, so all decorations that go on the cap must be compatible with heat.Also, I do not personally work with wax, so please note that I cannot make the commonly seen wax drip on top of the cap. However, if you want simple initials/symbols on a small wax seal, I can try to source that online (+50 PHP if possible).Additional decorations (anything besides what I have on-hand) may incur additional costs, though typically no more than 100 PHP. The commission starting price already includes a budget for additional decorations so you will not always get charged extra, I am just stating this for transparency.**Please note that the label can only include simple, doodle-like iconography. It can have colors, but know that colors will blend into the kraft sticker paper. I cannot predict its exact appearance when printed, but I can provide a mockup while I work on it.Do consider that the label will be fairly small. I would recommend a ratio of 1.5 x 3 cm (vertical) to not cover too much of the bottle.***Please note that I do not manufacture dice. If you are not satisfied with my selection of on-hand d20s, I will try to find one online according to your request. Depending on the cost, this may incur a small additional fee (likely no more than 100 PHP). Using on-hand d20s keeps the production time short, since typically, d20s ordered online typically take around 5-7 days to arrive, possibly more. Remember that I cannot work on the potion dice roller without the d20.The dice will have to float, so I can only use lightweight dice, which are typically made of acrylic.Also please keep in mind that since I do not manufacture dice, I cannot ensure it is 100% properly weighted; this would have the same amount of risk as any dice one may buy online or in stores. Only proceed with the commission if you are okay with this.

NOTE: I do not control the delivery time of any ordered additional materials for the commision. Please note that if anything takes very long to arrive, we may have to extend the deadline.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

•Full refunds initiated by the client are only allowed BEFORE I have made any progress on the commission. This includes the process of me ordering any extra required materials. If I have already made progress, I can consider a partial refund depending on how much has already been done. If the commission is mostly done or beyond, I will not provide a refund as materials have already been purchased and used.
•I will offer a full refund if I cancel the commission on my own.
•If I cannot meet your initial deadline and you no longer want to proceed with the commission, you are entitled to a full refund if the delay was not caused by:
    •Long delivery time of additional materials
    •Long waiting times for your responses for any of my inquiries related to the commission
    •Frequent revisions/long discussions of details resulting in delayed progress
•With any refunded or canceled commissions, you give me the right to do what I want with the unfinished product (if any), such as resell it or reuse its materials.
•I will not offer refunds/replacements for damages caused by couriers. I package items as safely as I can. I typically package potion dice rollers in bubble wrap & cardboard, then place them in a bag (same-day delivery) or box (nationwide delivery).
•If your package is returned to me because you were unable to receive it, you can have it re-shipped. If you decide to have it re-shipped, you must shoulder the shipping fee. If you will not have it re-shipped, you are not eligible for any refund since the product was already complete, and I reserve the right to do what I want with the finished product.
•For refunds, please keep in mind that I have no control over transaction fees if there are any.
•If you receive the wrong items, please inform me right away. I will likely ask you to return them before I replace them.
•If you are missing any items, please inform me right away so I can ship them to you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

•You may not cancel your order once I have shipped it.
•See the Refunds/Returns section above for cancellations while the commission is in progress.
•Revisions might not be possible, depending on the progress of the commissioned item. Please message me as soon as possible if you need one. I will typically not proceed with the next step of the commission until you have confirmed that you are alright with me continuing.
